Clerk handles sign-in and Stripe handles payment. They may use cookies and similar storage needed for their services. SimplePractice uses its own cookies when you open its clinical portal.

Screening answers

Screening answers stay in page memory for your current visit only. They are not written to cookies or to this browser’s storage, and they are gone when you close or reload the page.

Before sign-in, we clear the health answers. Only the preliminary result and your pet’s name and type remain temporarily in this tab for account creation and retry. They are cleared when saving succeeds, or discarded after one hour when the page next checks them. Unfinished answers cannot be resumed on another device.

Analytics and advertising

The ESA application does not load advertising pixels, browser analytics, session replay, or client error-reporting scripts. This policy applies to the ESA application; other Amu services have their own notices.

Your browser controls

You can block or delete cookies and site data through your browser. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in, payment, or saving progress. Read our Privacy Notice or contact hello@amu.pet with privacy questions.
