Amu was founded to keep the ESA process clear: one payment, nothing renews, and a real clinical evaluation in which a licensed clinician decides independently.
Amu provides access to the evaluation process. Clinical intake, appointments and any clinician-issued documentation are handled in SimplePractice. Your one-time payment is separate from a clinician's decision to issue or update a letter.

Pay once for your household and choose how soon you need the clinician's decision: $159 within 2–3 business days or $199 within 24 hours. Payment does not guarantee documentation or a housing accommodation.
